Booking Policy

NYSA Studio — Booking / Payment / Cancellation Policy  Terms & Conditions 1. Overview  This Policy applies to Basic Therapy and Signature Rituals.  • Basic Therapy: single treatments tailored to individual wellness needs.  • Signature Rituals: curated combinations of therapies at a preferential rate.  Bookings are personal, non-transferable unless NYSA Studio agrees otherwise. 2. Scheduling  Book at www.nysa.studio and/or by contacting NYSA Studio, subject to availability. Please book at least one (1) day in advance. 3. Payment Options  Pay online (card) or in studio (cash/card). Online payments via Stripe; in-studio card payments via Viva.com Terminal (Viva Wallet). Gift Cards/Loyalty Points may be used where applicable. A valid card is required to secure the booking and apply late-cancellation/no-show charges. NYSA Studio does not store card details. 3.1 Booking & Confirmation  A confirmation email is issued upon successful booking/payment; clients must ensure accurate details. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling  Free cancellation/rescheduling up to 24h before the session. Late cancellation/no-show fees:  • within 24h up to 1h: 40% of the session fee  • less than 1h or no-show: 100% of the session fee For “pay in person” bookings, only the applicable fee may be charged to the card provided. Missed appointments without notice are considered completed.  Emergency exceptions may be considered. 4.1 Refund  Where applicable, refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days. 5. Privacy  Data are processed only for bookings, service delivery and payments; handled securely and not sold. Clients may update certain details via their online account (where available) or request access/correction/deletion by contacting NYSA Studio, in line with GDPR and Greek rules. 6. Liability  Services are for wellness only and do not replace medical care. Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe. Clients must disclose relevant health information and updates before each session. Sessions may involve touch/pressure/heat/suction/topicals; you may request a pause or stop at any time. 7. Applicable Law  Greek Law 2251/1994 and Law 4933/2022 apply; data are processed under GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Under 18: parent/guardian consent required. 4.
