At NYSA Studio, we value and respect your privacy.

When you make a purchase on our website, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing the requested services.

Your information is stored securely and never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as required to complete your transaction (Stripe’s secure payment system).

1. Terms & conditions 

 

1.    General
By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

2.    Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. 
Transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

NYSA Studio does not store credit card details.

3.    Booking & Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details. Please ensure that all personal and contact information provided is accurate.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   •    Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
   •    For in-studio cash or card payments, a cancellation fee will be applied to the registered card if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or the client does not show up.


        •    Cancellations made within 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 40% charge of the session’s total cost.
   •    Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session amount.
   •    For in-studio cash or card payments, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged automatically to the registered card used to secure the booking.
   •    Missed appointments without proper notice are considered completed and charged accordingly.


   •    NYSA Studio may consider exceptions for emergencies, at its discretion, always with understanding and respect for each client’s circumstances.

Note
This policy applies to the Basic Therapies (individual services) and for Signature Rituals (Combos) sessions.
Policies as x10 Packages and Memberships may differ in terms of scheduling, cancellations, and payment. 
Please refer to the specific policy for each option for full details.

5.    Gift Vouchers, x10 Packages & Memberships
Gift vouchers, prepaid packages and Memerbeships are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

For x10 Packages:

•    Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase, reflecting the discounted bundled price.
   •    Payments are not refundable, but all sessions remain valid and can be used or rescheduled within the package period.

•    x10 packages are valid for 3 to 6 months from the date of purchase, depending on the specific package selected.
   •    Clients are encouraged to schedule their sessions within this period, but timing remains flexible to honor each person’s wellness rhythm.

    •    Sessions may be booked individually or consecutively, according to your personal plan.
   •    Rescheduling is permitted freely, as long as it takes place within the package validity period.
   •    If the validity period expires, unused sessions are considered completed.

    •    Since x10 packages are offered at a discounted, one-time payment rate, payments are non-refundable.
   •    Clients may freely reschedule any booked session within the validity period.
   •    If a session must be postponed, NYSA Studio will do its best to accommodate a new suitable date within the remaining package timeframe.
    •    Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are considered used.

For Memberships:

    •    Standard membership duration: 12 months
   •    Flexible extension: memberships may be extended up to 15 months to accommodate your schedule and personal needs.
To make your commitment effortless, membership fees may be paid:
   •    In three installments, every four months, without additional fees.
Payment reminders will be sent before each installment to ensure smooth continuity of your membership.

Members may request a pause or extension (for example, in case of travel or health reasons).
Requests should be communicated by email, and approval will be confirmed in writing.
   •    Memberships are cancellable at any time.
   •    If a client cancels, their payment will not auto-renew for the following payment period. They will still be able to book and enjoy their benefits until the end of the current paid period. 
Payments already made are not reimbursed, but the access remains active until the end of that period, allowing them to make full use of their membership.

 •    NYSA Studio may consider exceptions for emergencies, at its discretion, always with understanding and respect for each client’s circumstances.

6.    Liability
NYSA Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products.

7.    Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 2251/1994, concerning provisions on General Terms & Conditions and 4933/2022 which update consumer protection rules.

 

 

2. Return policy

 

•    Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.

•    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged:
        •    Cancellations made within 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 40% charge of the session’s total cost.
   •    Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session amount.
   •    For in-studio cash or card payments, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged automatically to the registered card used to secure the booking.
   •    Missed appointments without proper notice are considered completed and charged accordingly.
   •    NYSA Studio may consider exceptions for emergencies, at its discretion, always with understanding and respect for each client’s circumstances.

•    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
