At NYSA Studio, personal data are handled with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
• When a booking or purchase is completed, personal data such as name, email address, telephone number, and payment details are collected solely for the purposes of processing the transaction, managing the booking, communicating where necessary, and providing the requested services.
• Where a client voluntarily provides health-related information or supporting medical documentation in connection with a treatment, such information is processed only insofar as reasonably necessary for assessing suitability, precautions, contraindications, treatment adjustments, continuity of care, and the safe provision of complementary and holistic services.
Data concerning health merit enhanced protection under EU data protection law.
• Data are stored and processed securely and are never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is strictly necessary for the operation of the service, including payment processing, booking administration, invoicing, legal or accounting compliance, IT or storage support, or where disclosure is otherwise required by law.
• Clients, visitors, and members may request access to, rectification of, restriction of processing of, portability of, or, where applicable, deletion of their personal data, and may object to certain processing in accordance with applicable law.
• Any optional consent given for newsletter or marketing communications is separate from any consent relating to therapy or treatment records and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting access to NYSA Studio services.

1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 General
• By completing a booking or purchase through the website, the client acknowledges and accepts the present Checkout Policy and the terms applicable to the selected service.
The present policy applies to all services offered by NYSA Studio, including Basic Therapy, Signature Rituals, Special Packages, and Membership Plans.
All services are designed to support wellbeing through a holistic and complementary approach.
Clients, visitors, and members are advised to read these provisions carefully before confirming any booking, purchase, or payment.

1.2 Service Categories & Applicable Policies
NYSA Studio offers its services across four distinct categories.
While each category follows specific operational rules regarding scheduling, validity, usage, and cancellation, certain categories share the same applicable policy framework.

Basic Therapy
This category consists of single-session treatments tailored to individual needs.
Sessions are booked as individual appointments and are subject to the standard scheduling, payment, cancellation, and no-show terms set out in this Policy.

Signature Rituals
This category consists of curated combinations of treatments designed as integrated wellness experiences.
Sessions are booked as individual appointments and are subject to the same scheduling, payment, cancellation, and no-show terms applicable to Basic Therapy.

Special Packages
This category consists of prepaid bundles of sessions focused on a single treatment, designed to support continuity over time, offered at a preferred rate and subject to a defined validity period.
Sessions must be used within the applicable validity period, remain subject to availability, and unused sessions may expire in accordance with the applicable package terms.

Membership Plans
This category consists of structured wellness plans designed to offer a defined number of sessions over a specified period, whether focused on one selected treatment or on a curated range of treatments, at a preferred rate.
Memberships are subject to their own specific terms regarding duration, payment arrangements, cancellation, pauses, and possible extensions, as set out in the relevant Membership Policy.

Clients, visitors, and members are advised to consult the specific policy applicable to their selected service category wherever distinct terms apply.

1.3 Payments
​​​
• Payments may be completed either online through secure electronic payment systems or offline (designated online as “pay in person”), by card or cash at NYSA Studio.
• All transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructures:
– Online card payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.
– In-studio card payments are processed through Terminal (Viva Wallet Holdings Software Development S.A.).
• A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation/booking and to enable the proper application of any late cancellation terms, or no-show fees arising under the applicable service conditions.
• Where permitted, sessions may be redeemed in whole or in part through NYSA Gift Cards and/or NYSA Loyalty Points, always subject to the specific terms governing those options.
• NYSA Studio does not store or retain full credit or debit card details.
All payment information is processed securely and exclusively through the relevant payment providers’ systems.
• Where a business invoice is requested, the client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely billing details, including VAT information, prior to issuance.​
Once issued, invoices may not be modified except as permitted by applicable accounting and tax regulations

1.4 Booking & Confirmation
• Appointments/Bookings/Reservations may be booked through the official NYSA Studio website at:
“NYSA Sessions | Book a Treatment” (https://www.nysa.studio/book-online), as well as, where applicable, through any other authorized booking channel, third-party platform, or direct contact method that NYSA Studio may make available from time to time.
• In order to proceed with any booking, clients are required to create and access a personal account (username and password).
– This account allows Clients / Members to manage bookings, access past and upcoming sessions, and interact with their selected services.
– Account data may be updated or deleted at any time, in accordance with NYSA Studio’s Privacy Policy.

• All bookings remain subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon completion of the reservation process and, where applicable, the successful completion of payment.
​
• Bookings must be made at least twenty-eight (28) hours in advance, in line with the minimum advance time defined by NYSA Studio’s booking system.
Appointments cannot be scheduled less than twenty-eight (28) hours in advance.
Bookings remain subject to the terms applicable to the selected service category, including any specific conditions relating to scheduling, validity, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and use.

Booking Flow – Individual Sessions (Basic Therapy & Signature Rituals)
• Clients, Visitors and Members may select one or more treatments/services and proceed to the calendar interface to choose their suitable date and time.
​
• For first-time bookings, the Booking Form, including personal details and the health intake section, must be completed in full.
For subsequent bookings, previously submitted information should appear pre-filled when the client or member is logged into the same account.
– Clients and Members are responsible for reviewing and confirming, before each session, that all personal and health-related information remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
Any omission, inaccuracy, or failure to update relevant information remains the responsibility of the client or member.

• At the final stage of the booking process, Clients / Members are required to select one of the available payment options:
– “Pay in person at NYSA Studio | At the session” (default option)
– “Pay now by card or redeem Loyalty Points / Gift Card | Online”
– "Pay with a Plan" where applicable if a selected treatment is covered by an existing Package or Membership.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe’s checkout system.
• Once the booking process is completed, a confirmation email is sent, to the provided email address, containing all relevant details of the appointment.

Plans (Special Packages & Memberships) – Purchase & Booking
• Special Packages and Membership Plans may be purchased via:
“NYSA Plans | Memberships & Packages” (https://www.nysa.studio/pricing-plans/list)
• During the purchase process, Clients / Members are required to complete a dedicated Plan Form including personal details, followed by a health intake form and, where applicable, the selection of the desired start date of the plan.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe’s checkout system.
• Once the booking process is completed, a confirmation email is sent, to the provided email address, containing all relevant details of the appointment.
• Once the Plan is activated, sessions included in a Package or Membership may be booked:
– Through the Client’s / Member's personal account under the “Subscriptions” section / page
– Or through the standard booking flow by selecting “Book as part of a plan”.
Only treatments associated with the selected and purchased Plan will be eligible for this option.​

Account member & Loyalty Program
• A personal NYSA Studio member account enables users to:
– Book and manage past and upcoming sessions
– Manage active Subscriptions (Special Packages & Memberships)
– Access and manage booked or purchased NYSA Events (where purchased while logged in)
– Collect and monitor rewards through the NYSA Loyalty Program
• Clients and Members automatically collect “NYSA Loyalty Points” through eligible bookings, purchases, event participation, and birthday rewards.
• Loyalty Points may be redeemed for discounts, subject to applicable conditions.
• Loyalty Points are personal, non-transferable, and may be subject to reduction over time.
– In particular, a reduction of 50% may apply after one (1) year of inactivity (in case of absence of bookings or purchases).

Final Confirmation
• A booking is considered confirmed only once the process has been successfully completed and the confirmation email has been issued.

• The client or member is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided personal, contact, and booking information is accurate, complete, and kept reasonably up to date.
• Each booking is personal in nature and may not be transferred to another person without the prior consent of NYSA Studio.

1.5 Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.
​
• All bookings are subject to applicable cancellation and no-show fees, which may be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the scheduled session may incur a charge of 40% of the session fee.
​
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a charge of 100% of the session fee.
​
• Appointments not attended without prior notice may be treated as completed and charged accordingly.
As NYSA Studio offers different service categories — including Basic Therapy, Signature Rituals, Special Packages, and Membership Plans — certain terms relating to scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, validity, and payment may vary depending on the nature of the selected service.
​Clients, Visitors and Members are therefore advised to consult the specific policy applicable to their chosen category, as separate conditions may apply in addition to the general terms set out herein.
• For Special Packages and Membership Plans, missed sessions or unattended appointments may, where applicable, be treated as used sessions rather than refunded or carried forward, in accordance with the relevant policy.

NYSA Studio reserves the right to assess exceptional circumstances and, at its discretion, consider reasonable exceptions in cases of emergency, serious unforeseen events, or other circumstances that justify flexibility.

1.6 Gift Cards
​
• NYSA Studio Gift Cards are intended as flexible, transferable credit that may be used toward available services, subject to availability and the applicable service policy.
​
• Gift Cards are generally non-refundable, as they are issued as prepaid value instruments, except where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection provisions.
​
• Gift Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of issue.
​
• Gift Cards may be used in full or in part. Any remaining balance may be used for future bookings within the validity period.
​
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or returned once issued.
​
• In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, NYSA Studio cannot guarantee replacement or compensation.
​
• The use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions applicable to the selected service category, including scheduling, cancellation, and payment provisions.

1.7 Special Packages & Memberships Plans Policies
​
• Special Packages, and Memberships are, by their nature, generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
• Each such option is subject to a defined validity period commencing from the date of purchase or, where applicable, from the selected start date.

For Special Packages:
​
• Packages are prepaid bundles of sessions focused on a single treatment, designed to support continuity over time, subject to a defined validity period and offered at a preferred one-time rate reflecting a bundled price advantage.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase and is not refundable, as the package reflects a discounted commitment to a defined number of sessions.
​
• Packages are valid for a defined period (typically between two (2) to six (6) months), depending on the selected option, starting from the date of purchase or selected activation date.
​
• Sessions are to be used within the validity period and scheduled flexibly, either individually or consecutively, according to each member's personal availability.
Members are encouraged to schedule their sessions within the validity period in advance, in a way that supports fair access and availability for all clients, visitors and members; however, NYSA Studio aims to accommodate each individual’s schedule.
• Sessions may be freely rescheduled within the validity period, subject to availability.
• If a booked session needs to be postponed, NYSA Studio will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment within the remaining validity timeframe.
• Missed sessions or unattended appointments without prior notice are considered used.
• Upon expiry of the validity period, any unused sessions are considered completed and cannot be carried forward.

For Memberships:

• Memberships are structured wellness plans designed to offer a defined number of sessions over a specified period, either through the repeated use of one selected treatment or through access to a selected range of treatments, under more advantageous pricing conditions.
• Standard Membership duration is twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
Where appropriate, a flexible extension of up to fifteen (15) months may be granted to accommodate personal scheduling needs.

• Memberships may be paid either in full or in three (3) installments, payable every four (4) months within the Membership year.
– A setup fee applies when choosing the installment plan (approximately 7% of the total value).
– Payment reminders may be sent prior to each installment
​
• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated; however, all benefits remain accessible until the end of the paid period.
• Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
• Upon cancellation:
– Paid-in-full Memberships will end and will not renew upon expiration, while, in the case of an installment plan, any following installment will not be charged.
– Meanwhile, access to sessions and benefits remains active until the end of the current paid period.

• Sessions are to be used within the validity period and scheduled flexibly, either individually or consecutively, according to each member's personal availability.
Members are encouraged to schedule their sessions within the validity period in advance, in a way that supports fair access and availability for all clients, visitors and members; however, NYSA Studio aims to accommodate each individual’s schedule.
• Sessions may be freely rescheduled within the validity period, subject to availability.

• Missed sessions or unattended appointments without prior notice may be considered used.
• Upon expiry of the validity period, any unused sessions do not automatically carry over beyond the membership period.

• Members may request a pause or extension (for example, due to travel, health, or personal unforeseen circumstances).
– Requests should be submitted by email and are subject to review and written confirmation.

In exceptional cases, NYSA Studio may consider specific arrangements, flexible extensions, at its discretion, always with understanding and respect for each individual’s circumstances.

At NYSA, we believe in a balanced approach to wellness, where consistency matters, but flexibility is always respected.

1.8 Refund Policy
​​​
• Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
For card transactions, processing is typically completed within approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on the timelines of the relevant payment provider.

• Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the service, booking type, package, membership, gift card, or applicable law.
​​

1.9 Health, Suitability & Client Responsibility
• All services provided by NYSA Studio are intended exclusively for wellness, relaxation, and complementary support purposes.
• Therapists do not prescribe, alter, or advise the discontinuation of any medical or pharmaceutical treatment, and do not interfere with ongoing care provided by doctors or other licensed healthcare professionals.
• They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, prescription, or treatment, nor are they intended to replace professional medical or mental healthcare.

• Depending on the selected service, a session may involve touch, pressure, movement, heat, suction, topical products, tools, or other holistic techniques. Temporary and reasonable after-effects may include tenderness, redness, warmth, transient fatigue, light-headedness, emotional release, bruising, marking, or short-term discomfort, depending on the nature of the treatment and the individual response.
• The client remains responsible for communicating, before each session, any relevant change in health condition, symptoms, diagnosis, pregnancy status, injury, medication, sensitivity, medical advice received, or any other circumstance that may affect the appropriateness or safety of treatment.
• NYSA Studio reserves the right to adapt, postpone, limit, or refuse any session where there are concerns regarding safety, incomplete disclosure, contraindications, hygiene, infection risk, medical uncertainty, or the apparent need for prior medical clearance.
• The client may ask questions at any time and may request that a session be modified, paused, or discontinued at any point.​
• Where the client has voluntarily provided emergency contact details, NYSA Studio may use such details only where reasonably necessary in connection with an urgent situation affecting the client’s safety or wellbeing.

• Where the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, any booking, treatment consent, and any necessary data protection consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian with lawful authority to act on the minor’s behalf.

2. Liability
​
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NYSA Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its services.

• Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
​​
• By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges personal responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information voluntarily provided and understands that omissions or inaccuracies may affect the suitability, safety, or scope of the service.

3. Governing Law
• This Checkout Policy and all related terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994,concerning provisions on General Terms & Conditions, Law 4933/2022, which updates consumer protection rules, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and any other applicable Greek or European legislation relevant to consumer protection, data protection, and contractual obligations.
