ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 12 April 2026

At NYSA Studio, we are committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities.

We believe that accessibility is an essential part of providing a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming experience, both online and in our physical space.

Our Commitment

We strive to provide an accessible and user-friendly online experience for all visitors and continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website.

Our goal is to ensure that access to information, services, and booking functionalities is as clear, smooth, and inclusive as possible.

Accessibility Standards

This website has been designed and developed in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which define internationally recognized standards for accessibility.

To support accessibility, we have taken the following measures:

  • Use of Wix accessibility tools to identify and address potential issues

  • Clear structure of headings and content hierarchy

  • Specification of website language for assistive technologies

  • Alternative text provided for images where relevant

  • Color contrast designed to enhance readability

  • Reduction of unnecessary motion and visual distractions

  • Compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation

Third-Party Content

Certain parts of the website may include third-party content or integrations (such as booking systems, maps, or social media elements).

While we aim to select reliable and accessible providers, we cannot guarantee the full accessibility of content that is outside our direct control.

Accessibility of the Physical Space

NYSA Studio is located on the ground floor and is accessed via a short staircase of approximately five steps.

At present, a wheelchair ramp is not available.

The internal space is designed to be open, calm, and comfortable, allowing ease of movement within reception and treatment areas.

Please note that bathroom facilities are not currently certified for wheelchair accessibility.

Visitors with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us in advance.

We will always do our best to provide assistance and accommodate individual requirements wherever possible.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

NYSA Studio remains committed to reviewing and improving both its digital and physical environments in order to enhance accessibility over time.
