Cancellation Policy

NYSA Studio Basic Therapies (individual sessions) Booking Policy: 1. Overview Basic Therapies sessions at NYSA Studio include individual treatments and therapies tailored to your wellness needs. Each service booking is personal and non-transferable. 2. Scheduling • Appointments can be booked at your convenience, subject to availability. • We encourage scheduling ahead to secure your preferred time. 3. Payment Options Payments can be made: • Online by card • In cash at the studio • By card at the studio • For in-studio payments, clients are asked to provide a registered card to secure their booking. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. • For in-studio cash or card payments, a cancellation fee will be applied to the registered card if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or the client does not show up. • Cancellations made within 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 40% charge of the session’s total cost. • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session amount. • For in-studio cash or card payments, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged automatically to the registered card used to secure the booking. • Missed appointments without proper notice are considered completed and charged accordingly. • NYSA Studio may consider exceptions for emergencies, at its discretion, always with understanding and respect for each client’s circumstances. 5.
