Booking Policy

NYSA Studio Booking / Payment / Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions 1. Overview These Policies apply to Basic Therapy (single treatments) and Signature Rituals (combined treatments). • Basic Therapy sessions are tailored to individual wellness needs. • Signature Rituals combine multiple therapies into a deeper experience at a preferential price. • Each booking is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by NYSA Studio. 2. Scheduling • Sessions may be booked at www.nysa.studio or by contacting NYSA Studio. • All sessions are subject to availability. • Advance booking is recommended. 3. Payment Options • Payment may be completed online or in person (card or cash). • Sessions may be redeemed using Gift Cards and/or Loyalty Points where applicable. • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure bookings and apply cancellation terms. • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. NYSA Studio does not store card details. 3.1 Booking & Confirmation • A confirmation email is sent upon booking/payment. • Clients are responsible for accurate personal/contact details. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Free cancellation/rescheduling up to 24h before the session. • Late cancellation or no-show: • within 24h up to 1h: 40% fee • less than 1h or no-show: 100% fee • For “pay in-person” bookings, fees may be charged to the registered card. • Missed appointments without notice are considered completed. • Exceptions may be considered in case of emergency. 4.1 Refund • Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method (5–10 business days). • Policies may vary depending on the service. 5. Privacy • Personal data are collected solely for service provision and payment processing. • Data are processed securely and not shared except where required (e.g. payment processing). • Clients may request access, correction or deletion of their data. • By completing a booking, the client accepts these Terms. 6. Liability • Services are for wellness purposes only and do not replace medical care. • NYSA Studio is not liable for indirect damages except where required by law. 7. Governing Law • Greek Law 2251/1994, Law 4933/2022 and GDPR (EU 2016/679) apply. • For clients under 18, parental consent is required. 8.
