Cancellation Policy

NYSA Studio Membership Booking Policy: 1. Membership Overview NYSA Studio memberships provide exclusive benefits, preferred rates, and priority access to treatments, wellness programs, and holistic experiences. Each membership is personal and non-transferable. 2. Duration & Flexibility • Standard membership duration: 12 months • Flexible extension: memberships may be extended up to 15 months to accommodate your schedule and personal needs. At NYSA, timing is never strict — we understand life’s natural flow and honor your wellness pace. 3. Payment Options To make your commitment effortless, membership fees may be paid: • In three installments, every four months, without additional fees. Payment reminders will be sent before each installment to ensure smooth continuity of your membership. 4. Pauses & Extensions Members may request a pause or extension (for example, in case of travel or health reasons). Requests should be communicated by email, and approval will be confirmed in writing. 5. Cancellation Policy • Memberships are cancellable at any time. • If a client cancels, their payment will not auto-renew for the following payment period. They will still be able to book and enjoy their benefits until the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are not reimbursed, but the access remains active until the end of that period, allowing them to make full use of their membership. • Under exceptional circumstances, NYSA Studio may offer partial credit or transfer options, at its discretion. 6. Renewal Members will receive a reminder before their membership expires, with the option to renew or modify their plan. Renewal ensures continuous access to member benefits and preferred pricing. 7. Member Benefits Benefits may include (depending on your chosen plan): • Preferential pricing on therapies and rituals • Priority booking and flexible scheduling • Exclusive member-only offers and seasonal wellness gifts • Enhanced NYSA Loyalty Rewards – members earn more NYSA Loyalty Points, allowing them to unlock greater discounts and special privileges over time 8.
