Cancellation Policy

NYSA Studio x10 Package Policy 1. Overview NYSA Studio x10 packages are prepaid multi-session bundles designed to give clients the convenience of scheduling multiple treatments while enjoying exclusive discounted pricing. Each package is personal and non-transferable. ⸻ 2. Duration & Validity • x10 packages are valid for 3 to 6 months from the date of purchase, depending on the specific package selected. • Clients are encouraged to schedule their sessions within this period, but timing remains flexible to honor each person’s wellness rhythm. ⸻ 3. Scheduling • Sessions may be booked individually or consecutively, according to your personal plan. • Rescheduling is permitted freely, as long as it takes place within the package validity period. • If the validity period expires, unused sessions are considered completed. ⸻ 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Since x10 packages are offered at a discounted, one-time payment rate, payments are non-refundable. • Clients may freely reschedule any booked session within the validity period. • If a session must be postponed, NYSA Studio will do its best to accommodate a new suitable date within the remaining package timeframe. • Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are considered used. • In special or unforeseen circumstances, NYSA Studio may extend the validity period at its discretion. ⸻ 5.
