Cancellation Policy

NYSA Studio Signature Ritual (Combo) Booking Policy: 1. Overview NYSA Studio Signature Rituals (combo packages) are prepaid multi-session appointments, designed to combine specific treatments for a comprehensive and convenient wellness experience at a preferred price. Each combo package is personal and non-transferable. 2. Duration • Clients have 2 months from the date of purchase to schedule and complete their combo sessions. • NYSA Studio encourages clients to plan ahead, but timing remains flexible to fit your wellness journey. 3. Scheduling • Combo sessions can be booked at your convenience within the 2-month period. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. • For in-studio cash or card payments, a cancellation fee will be applied to the registered card if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or the client does not show up. • Cancellations made within 24 hours and up to 1 hour before the appointment will incur a 40% charge of the session’s total cost. • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session amount. • For in-studio cash or card payments, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged automatically to the registered card used to secure the booking. • Missed appointments without proper notice are considered completed and charged accordingly. • NYSA Studio may consider exceptions for emergencies, at its discretion, always with understanding and respect for each client’s circumstances. 5. Payment • Combo packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. • Payments are non-refundable, but clients retain the full value of their package for the 2-month scheduling period. 6.
